These terms govern your use of srhe.net, operated by SRHE (in the process of registration as a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales). By using the site you agree to these terms.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not violate applicable law, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, harvest contact information, or reproduce content without our consent.
3. Minimum age
SRHE membership is open to anyone 18 or over. Applicants will be asked to confirm their date of birth as part of the membership process. See our Safeguarding Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, and the "SRHE" wordmark, is owned by or licensed to SRHE. You may not reproduce it without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
5. Guidance content
Guidance on this site represents SRHE's developing thinking. It is not externally accredited and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SRHE excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
